Hello friends!

I'm very excited to release this most interesting project. This is a meditation album. It is meant for contemplation. It is a tool for you to utilize and explore your imagination and inner being. It is an opportunity for you to sit and reflect, maybe after you get home from work, and you're looking to unwind. Or after you wake in the morning and looking to gain perspective on your day. Each piece may serve a different purpose. It's up to you to use however you feel you'd like to. It is recommended that you listen on headphones. This is important because I utilized binaural beats that require a specific way of listening. Binaural beats have been proven to enhance meditation and mental focus. I've written notes and soft guidelines in the details of each piece. Feel free to read them at your leisure. Oh the places you'll go!
